We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the Client Partnership Managers and drive the delivery of high-quality services across all client interactions. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Lead strategic initiatives within the operations department, focusing on enhancing service delivery, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. 2. Collaborate with the Partnership Quality Director to ensure that all client interactions meet the highest standards. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, closely monitoring their effectiveness. 4. Nurture client relationships, drive collaboration and accountability, and manage complex client issues. 5. Maintain performance metrics for the operations department, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet or exceed expectations. Skills and Competencies 1. Strategic leadership: Ability to lead operations and achieve organizational goals, with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. 2. Senior-level communication and coaching: Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, capable of mentoring senior staff and fostering a high-performance team. 3.
