Join our company as a QA Lead Tester in Bogota, Colombia. As part of the team, you will be responsible for leading daily testing operations and supporting team development. You will report to the Development Manager and work closely with other teams to ensure high standards of execution and encourage a culture of collaboration and learning. - Organize, manage, and monitor daily testing activities across assigned projects. - Lead by example with hands-on testing, emphasizing quality and accountability. - Provide guidance and mentorship to testers, supporting knowledge-sharing and growth. - Ensure clear bug reporting and offer feedback to improve features and player experience. - Collaborate on test planning, estimations, and help identify automation opportunities. - Work with leadership to implement testing standards across projects. - Contribute to training efforts and support documentation of processes and reports. Required Skills and Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in QA or Software Testing. - Familiarity with QA pipelines, test execution. - Experience with Jira, TestRail/Qmetry, or similar tools. - Demonstrated strength in data-driven analysis and quality reporting. - Team-oriented, with mentoring and feedback experience.
