We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships with both distributors and end users in the medical equipment market. This role involves driving sales by supporting distribution partners, conducting product training, and working directly with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and promote our solutions. Responsibilities: Act as Sales Representative for Monitoring and Life Support product line Achieve sales targets for patient monitoring and life support products and implement sales strategies within the territory Optimize profit margins and ensure prompt payments Participate in project tenders and contract assessments Identify potential clients, develop account entry strategies, conduct prospecting campaigns, and build relationships to understand their business needs Monitor competitors and anticipate customer needs to expand sales and quotas Collaborate with the marketing team for new product launches and promotional activities Participate in internal expos to collect and analyze customer and marketing data Maintain customer relationships, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction Build and manage the distributor network Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and increase satisfaction Coordinate with the business team to support marketing programs Assist the service manager with payment collections and customer issues Share sales experiences and marketing information internally Prepare and deliver account plans and reports, including resource requests Provide monthly revenue, forecast, and activity reports to supervisors and managers Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field At least 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C or medical sales (experience with anesthesia machines, ventilators, defibrillators, laparoscopy, or surgical equipment preferred) Proven sales experience Precise, practical, and customer-oriented Proficiency in English (advanced level) We offer: Highly competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
