Job Description Summary All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities, and field services engineering. Impacts the quality of work performed by oneself and the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically under instructions and work routines, with some flexibility to adapt based on work situations. What You'll Do Resolve cases in diagnostic imaging teams, install, maintain, and repair designated equipment. Perform preventive, corrective, installation, and general management maintenance efficiently. Keep up with administrative responsibilities, including maintaining service records. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure proper resolution and follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. Maintain tools and testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration. Use escalation processes for customer service issues and perform root cause analyses for effective problem resolution. Work as part of the local team to provide efficient service to all accounts in the area. Respond independently to service calls of moderate complexity after one year of field experience. What You Need Engineering degree with focus on Technology, such as Electronic, Biomedical, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar. 1-3 years of experience in electronic engineering, mechanical repair, biomedicine, or electronic equipment service. Valid driver's license. Intermediate English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Valid US visa. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Adaptability and process-following skills. Self-motivation and initiative. Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
