Key Responsibilities: - Implement and oversee regional compliance programs. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance. - Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. - Develop and deliver compliance training for local employees and managers. - Act as point of contact between local entities and central compliance team. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field. - 3-5 years experience in regulatory compliance, especially in insurance sector. - At least 3 years experience in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing prevention. - Recent training in AML/FT risk management or SAGRILAFT. - Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
