We're looking for a Legal Analyst responsible to provide general support to Counsels to ensure they could provide timely and accurate legal support to the business. Accountabilities: Under the supervision of Counsel, provide legal analysis, taking into account applicable laws for: Labor law, Finance, Taxes, Social Security, Corporate Secretary. Under the supervision of Counsel and Senior Legal Analyst, assist on the adequate management and administration of outside counsels. Under the supervision of Counsel, support corporate governance requirements. Under the supervision of Counsel, assist in low to mid complexity company projects (e.g., efficiency projects according to market needs). Under the supervision of Counsel, develop training material and provide trainings on company policies that are handled by the Law Department (e.g., third-party providers trainings). Under the supervision of Counsel, analyze and prepare drafts of agreements. Analyze and prepare legal documentation to facilitate decision-making. Under the supervision of Counsel, support, follow up, and report on litigation aspects (e.g., gathering information for case substantiation, drafting letters and judicial notices). Perform research and keep the legal team current regarding legislation and regulations related to the business. Requirements: College/University degree in Law. 2-4 years of experience in law. Advanced English proficiency. Skills: Critical thinking. Regulation and law analysis and interpretation. Highly effective communication. Outstanding reading and writing capacities. Business acumen.
