We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate in Bogota, Colombia to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the sales team by streamlining processes, maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and helping to drive operational efficiency. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in telecom and looking to develop a career in sales support, analytics, or business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and data entry. - Coordinating with external process required for customers and for the legal local compliance. - Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc sales reports and dashboards. - Assist in tracking sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline metrics. - Assist in coordinating sales meetings, training, and onboarding new sales team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Customer Support) to ensure smooth sales processes. - Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives. - Ensure pricing, quoting, and order processing documentation is complete and accurate. - Take directly collaborating and communication with business stakeholders and customers when required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. - Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative approach to problem solving - Sales basic knowledge and techniques understanding of the sales process to provide better support to the sales team. - Professional commitment to customer service and building relationships - Demonstrate ability to learn and assimilate new skills quickly Preferred Qualifications as additional - Internship or academic project experience related to sales, data analysis, or business operations. - Understanding telecommunications products and services - Experience using reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Experience collaborating with business stakeholders Not ready to apply?
