Job Title: Associate Payroll Job Description Perform a variety of responsibilities to process payroll in Colombia or any other LATAM sites. - Makes all processes in an accurate and efficient manner. Is fast in response time and has the required technical skills. - Knows how to manually calculate salaries, statutory deductions, Reports to government institutions and all related to payroll. - Know how to calculate contract terminations in all categories - Have experience in all payroll fields - Have worked with a payroll system and knows how to manually validate if calculations are been made accurately. - Know how to process and report social security payroll, pension fund Payroll, process income tax report, monthly and yearly - Keeps updated in law changes-constantly monitoring changes. - Ensure the process accuracy of hours entered into the timekeeping system. - Process Human Resources updates/changes into payroll system. - Makes all payroll related maintenance. - Research and resolve all situations that arise between employees and corresponding agencies. - Works closely with site Human Resources regarding the resolution of payroll issues. - Respond to Payroll mailbox email inquiries and/or forward to appropriate personnel. - All other related duties as assigned.
