Cloud Program Manager Position The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid understanding of cloud technology and its applications, as well as experience in managing innovative solutions to help enable cloud partner communities to accelerate their business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Cloud Partners Program by iterating on current mechanisms and developing new ones to continue scaling the business. - Participate in the development of the Cloud Partners Program. - Collaborate with various organizations, including Contracts, Legal, and Programs, on Partner Agreements, Partner Onboarding, Contracts Teaming, and Contract Compliance. - Support Cloud Channel Development Reps in embedding vendor programs into TD SYNNEX partners and measuring defined goals and outcomes of Joint Business Plans. - Provide ongoing support for existing cloud partners to achieve new competencies and maintain existing ones. - Identify and develop collaborative relationships between existing and new partners focused on driving awareness of TD SYNNEX into vendor and targeting vendor partners. - Drive awareness of TD SYNNEX into vendor and target vendor partners. - Deliver monthly measurements of key channel KPIs to executive and sales leadership. Requirements: - 3 years of experience executing cloud business strategy and planning, cloud enablement and training, cloud billing, cloud-focused bid strategy, and proposal support. - Advanced/ fluent English language skills; desired Portuguese and Spanish languages. - College degree. - Knowledge of marketing activities. - Knowledge of cloud technology (AWS/Microsoft/Google). - Public sector market knowledge. - Minimum of 2 years of program development, execution, and management experience. - Ability to engage and interact with C-Suite members, enterprise customers, and field sales account managers. - Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of success. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong program management or similar ecosystem development background. - Experience building executive relationships. - Proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. - Strong business acumen and experience building business cases and substantiation. - Deep understanding of cloud product routes-to-market. - Deep expertise in one or multiple areas of priority enterprise technologies.
