Responsibilities: - Develop internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives and cultural values. - Transform high-level ideas into actionable communication plans, campaigns, and editorial timelines. - Establish guidelines for consistent, creative, and aligned messages across local, regional, and global platforms. - Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote culture-building efforts, and support change management processes. - Craft authentic messages with senior leaders to foster trust and strengthen team connections. - Manage cross-functional communication projects and rollouts across multiple regions. - Design long-term communication plans, including messaging frameworks and crisis communication strategies. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement roles. - A minimum of 1 year of experience managing teams or leading communication initiatives. - Proven ability to create and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business goals. - Experience crafting leadership communication, including messaging for C-suite executives. - Expertise in using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives. - Ability to simplify complex business information in an engaging and accessible way. - Experience working with senior leaders to deliver consistent and impactful internal messaging. - Collaboration with creative teams, including designers, video producers, and UX writers. - Organizing and managing internal events such as town halls, onboarding sessions, off-sites, or employee recognition initiatives. - Knowledge of engagement strategies for hybrid and virtual environments.
