Strong problem-solver with the ability to train and support end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of Fiori interfaces and maximizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities Consultations, proof of concepts test and analysis. Create and Manage Maintenance Notifications: Use Fiori apps to log maintenance requests, report malfunctions, and track notifications. Plan and Schedule Maintenance Orders: Streamline maintenance order creation, scheduling, and resource allocation using Fiori interfaces. Perform Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, including task lists and maintenance strategies. Equipment and Technical Object Management: Manage equipment master data, functional locations, and associated hierarchies directly in Fiori. Monitor Work Progress: Track the status of work orders, from initial request to completion, ensuring timely execution. Capture Maintenance Data on Mobile Devices: Utilize Fiori's mobile-friendly design to enter maintenance data, such as time confirmations and inspection results. Support End-User Training: Help train users to effectively navigate Fiori apps for SAP PM tasks. Approve Workflows: Use Fiori apps to approve or reject maintenance orders and notifications within workflow processes. Ensure Data Accuracy: Validate and maintain the accuracy of master data and transaction data for seamless operations.
