Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner (LAC Services) The Services Finance Business Partner primarily supports leadership responsible for end-to-end financial stewardship for the Latin America & Caribbean Services organization. The role requires the individual to deeply understand the business model and provide comprehensive finance support directly to the business. The Finance Business Partner assists with financial planning, operating performance, monthly close, and management reporting for the business units. The role also partners with the business for strategy development and plays an integral role in execution and tracking of strategic plans, projects, product launches, pricing, etc. Role Overview Develop materials to manage all aspects of financial planning and forecasting from a country, product, and business unit perspective at the regional level. Provide financial insights to leadership and support strategy execution by understanding key drivers, pricing, and products; highlight risks & opportunities and recommend resolutions. Collaborate in the month-end financial close process with the business, Controllership, and Global Business Shared Service teams. Maintain business models to analyze performance and identify business opportunities, embodying the Leading Beyond Finance initiative. Support strategic growth plans, assist with business case modeling, and provide thought leadership. Drive continuous process improvements and maintain a strong control environment. Skills Required Proven track record of accomplishments (Cards/Payments industry experience a plus but not required). Thought leadership with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and present complex information clearly to senior management. Advanced modeling and analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative). Comfortable with ambiguity and making calculated decisions with limited data. Excellent project management, follow-up, and organizational skills. Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively at all management levels. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline; MBA preferred, preferably in Finance or General Management.
