About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Case Reviewer Legal Assistant to support our attorneys by reviewing and analyzing immigration cases. Your role will be essential in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the best possible outcomes for our clients. This is a remote position ideal for individuals passionate about immigration law and seeking a dynamic and rewarding career . Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews of immigration case files for accuracy and completeness. Analyze case documents to identify potential legal issues or inconsistencies . Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with legal standards. Summarize findings, prepare reports, and highlight key case details. Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to maintain accuracy. Assist in legal document preparation and submission . Organize case files, schedule meetings, and manage records. Communicate with clients as needed to clarify or obtain additional information. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Law . Experience in humanitarian immigration cases (T-Visa, U-Visa, Removal Defense). Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role. Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures . Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills . Proficiency in legal research, documentation, and case management software . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Commitment to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality.
