Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Lead, train, and hold the sales team accountable to ensure a consistent, high-performing sales process. - Conduct regular reviews of Closer calls to ensure adherence to talk tracks, effective objection handling, and identify reasons for lost deals. - Manage and maintain a clean, up-to-date sales pipeline with no leads left behind. - Oversee daily follow-up activity, monitor Cleaner call recordings, and ensure follow-ups are tailored to each prospect’s pain points. - Track performance metrics for Closers (show rate, close rate) and Setters (dials, appointments booked), addressing underperformance with coaching or disciplinary action. - Review Setter calls to ensure effective qualification, service explanation, and strong call-to-action delivery. - Monitor call volume and lead flow to maintain full coverage and recommend when to hire additional Setters. - Deliver daily KPI reporting including show rates, close rates, cancellations, rebooking rates, and conversion insights. - Identify sales process bottlenecks, track trends, and share actionable intel with leadership. - Motivate and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
