About the role This is a Financial Operations position with a focus on account management in Bogota. We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens to better serve restaurateurs, customers, and neighborhoods. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient for everyone. We create jobs in each neighborhood and provide a range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price. What you'll do: - Review financial files related to European markets and ensure timely submission of data and feedback. - Coordinate with local teams and internal departments to monitor key performance indicators. - Support operational tasks such as customer offboarding, commercial communication, and service level agreement monitoring. - Follow up on invoice disputes and assist with collections while ensuring adherence to payment terms. - Keep documentation organized and assist in preparing account statements. Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in financial operations or related fields. - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (filters, formulas, handling large datasets). - Excellent written and spoken English. - Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and organizational skills. - Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to market needs. - Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
