Unlock Career Potential As a Planning and Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Controlling Operations Team with daily sales gap analysis, identifying major variance, analyzing root cause, and initiating corrective action in liaison with country finance teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high data quality and integrity, providing critical insights to inform strategic decision-making. - Perform actual data upload and allocations in TM1 based upon country user request through ticketing system/portal - Analyze allocations result and perform consistency checks to ensure compliance to group controlling guideline and product contributions matrix, initiate and lead correction action and liaise with country finance team - Support monthly closing activities by performing consistency checks according to the group headcount policy to ensure valid headcount function used for reporting, do gap analysis on headcount reporting, identify root cause and corrective actions, inform local country finance team - Check personnel costs to ensure valid headcount function applied accordingly and initiate correction in liaison with country finance team when necessary - Perform consistency checks within TM1 and/across different systems and support country finance team to analyze and identify root cause for inconsistency to ensure high data quality and integrity About You: - Experience: Previous experience in related roles - Soft and technical skills: Team player, active listening, ability to work out of comfort zone, analytical skills.
