Join our team, grow in surprising ways, and launch projects you believe in with creative people around the world. **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with peers to enhance a positive and effective instructional environment - Identify professional development goals and actively seek opportunities for growth - Establish individual goals for student achievement - Manage a multi-disciplinary, mid-size team for one or more clients/projects - Collaborate with stakeholders to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs - Align with other teams to ensure best practices and an environment of collaboration **Requirements**: - Senior level development experience in Flutter or React Native - Expertise in Swift, Objective-C, XCode OR Expertise in Java / Kotlin - Create and modify software to implement business processes - Code, test, and debug software utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming methods - Refine data and format final product - Test and develop programming modifications - Write and maintain programs as specified in programming requests following established company standards and procedures - Write and maintain programming documentation - Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor **Benefits** - Every Other Friday Off - 24 extra days off a year.
