Marketing Administrator Role We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Administrator to fill this pivotal position in Medellín. This role will be part of our Shared Services group, encompassing Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal, and Facilities. The successful candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, with attention to detail, strong English and Spanish communication skills, and project management capabilities. They will be able to challenge our thinking, make a meaningful impact, and drive positive change. Key Responsibilities - Report directly to the community lead. - Take direction from local and global teams and receive assignments accordingly. - Be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. - Manage projects from inception to completion. - Be proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other business software (ClickUp) and tools to develop and communicate content effectively. - Efficiently plan and manage projects, as well as other event and marketing deliverables. Requirements of the Role - Experience in managing or supporting corporate events, conferences, and tradeshows is a necessity. - Strong oral and written communication skills (both English and Spanish). - A minimum of three years' experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines. - Ability to work independently and in a global team setting. - Professional and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
