Are you interested in working on large-scale cloud service platforms built on Kubernetes, serving a diverse set of Microsoft 365 product teams managing some of the largest workloads at Microsoft? As an experienced and technical Senior Product Manager , you will drive the strategy and roadmap for our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform. Your focus will include managing customer self-service through automation and AI Agents, supporting Linux workloads, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to build and deliver world-class software systems at scale. Evangelizing the product to new customers across Microsoft. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners, engineering teams, and compliance auditors. Partnering with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity for all platform users. Managing the backlog and prioritization of features to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Delivering an enterprise-grade platform across various clouds following go-to-market strategies. Building partnerships with technical leaders across the company. Embodies our culture and values. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, or software development. OR equivalent experience. Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, or software development. OR equivalent experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels. Curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. Commitment to a healthy team culture. Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability. Experience with software platform development and the software development lifecycle. Empathy for developers and customer-centric thinking. Design thinking, structured problem solving, data-driven decision making, and analytical skills. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and go deep technically. Ability to develop vision and roadmap for complex areas.
