Job Description Your main tasks include: Trainer preparations Behavioral focus development Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and soft skills development for new hires based on business needs Checking classroom materials, tools, equipment, and supplies Reviewing content updates and selecting continuing education courses (CEs) Mentor support and coordination Weekly meetings with leadership Monitoring attrition risks Providing feedback to recruiting Managing class opportunities and addressing roadblocks Curriculum scheduling and time management Tracking career development progress Conducting 1:1 meetings with the Training Manager Preparing for engagement activities, experiential learning cycles, role-plays, etc. Reviewing learning styles for improving the learning experience Confirming mentor permissions and system access Scheduling activities with production support and leadership Supporting classroom visits and mentor meet & greet sessions Partnering with WFM and production coaches to schedule offline mentor support Sending schedule updates to relevant groups Updating attendance, behavioral plans, and coaching documentation in iCube Reviewing feedback and concerns from coaching groups Managing classroom attendance and scheduling make-up time for absences Collaborating with performance update teams Participating in weekly performance reviews and gathering insights from listening sessions Facilitating transition to production, including scheduling team huddles and meetings Conducting 1:1 meetings with coaches and support teams Involving new hires in TCC calls and graduation invitations Ensuring proper handoff documentation with production Sharing weekly performance trends and attendance data with production leaders Qualifications Minimum 6 months tenure in current role with no disciplinary actions and excellent performance Experience as: Representative (12 months), Associate Coach (6 months), Assistant Trainer (6 months), or Coach (6 months) Product knowledge of T-Mobile products is essential Availability to work full-time on-site Strong analytical thinking and facilitation skills Trustworthiness and excellent communication skills Effective time management Knowledge of adult learning principles Proficiency in MS Office English proficiency at B1 level or above (preferred) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
