We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will involve designing and delivering innovative marketing strategies for exciting new projects in the luxury real estate sector. Key Responsibilities 1. Create visually appealing designs and content for various marketing materials, including dossiers, emails, landing pages, social media, events, presentations, and reports. 2. Implement creative ideas to execute marketing plans and develop product positioning and communication materials to support go-to-market initiatives. 3. Work closely with the Marketing Director and team to design and deliver innovative marketing strategies. Requirements 1. Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication or equivalent. 2. Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. 3. Minimum of 5 years' experience ideally in the real estate sector. 4. Proactive and able to work in a team or independently. 5. Highly organized and accustomed to working to deadlines. 6. Eye for fine detail from a written and visual perspective. 7. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. 8. Video editing and knowledge of After Effects and Premier are a bonus. 9. Valid driving license and car required for travel to video and photo shoots. 10. Portfolio or examples of previous work required. 11. Willingness to stay up to date with the latest marketing and design trends. 12. Must live within commuting distance of Marbella.
