Are you passionate about supply chain and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Operational team as a Team Leader . You’ll be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of production according to the schedule, adhering to Safety, Quality, and Safety principles, and guaranteeing standard costs. As a team leader, you will manage and implement all aspects of manufacturing high-quality products across different shifts at the Bogota plant. You will manage plant resources efficiently and safely, achieving metrics in the four fundamentals: EHS, QFS, Cost, and Service. This role is located in Bogota, Colombia. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Courage: Manage and execute manufacturing processes for high-quality products in various shifts. Manage plant resources efficiently and safely to meet EHS, QFS, Cost, and Service metrics. Drive Results: Ensure compliance with security policies to protect physical integrity and company assets, promoting safety within your team. Strategic Mindset: Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to equipment, methods, and organization to meet current and future demands. Build Effective Teams: Manage operational personnel. Lead and promote the development of plant operators through training and direct communication. We’re Looking for Someone With Degrees in Industrial, Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in Operations (Manufacturing or Logistics). Desirable: 2 years of experience with continuous improvement systems (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar).
