**Country Manager** Lead the Country operations within the company´s policies to achieve its objectives at the national and regional levels. Full P&L; responsibility, including Sales, Finance, Operations, Asset Control, and Production and Service Center Operations **Requirements**: - Relevant experience as a people manager (for example managing managers or directing the activities of front-line personnel) - Specific industry experience sought - Several years in leading similar size organizations. - Experience in FMCG business - Negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. - Ability to manage and lead a complex organization with national scope and reach. - Demonstrated comfort in working within broader corporate frameworks and policies **Skills**: - Ability to lead and drive multiple priorities. - Strong analytical thinking. - Outstanding Influencing skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Relationship and stakeholder management skills - Advanced project management skills, efficient organizational abilities to meet timeframe deadlines. - Customer focused and “can-do” attitude. - Proven leadership and people management skills. - Strong research skills, problem solving and analytical ability. - Enhanced presentation, negotiation and communication skills - both written & oral. - Ability to “close the deal” and achieve a sustainable win-win outcome - Advanced understanding of margin and profit drivers, business acumen and commercial pragmatism. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to management, employee, customer and supplier queries and demands. - Ability to develop strong business relationships across all levels of the business - Able to reach a quick understanding of customer requirements, accurately interpret underlying needs, buying behaviour, change drivers, influencers and direction. - Ability to extract and define key drivers to customer’s decision making process. - Positive, competitive and confident personality with strongly developed persuasive and collaborative skills - Spanish and English.
