We are looking for passionate and innovative Project Managers with at least 3 years of experience coordinating IT related projects. Responsibilities 1. Set and manage client expectations. 2. Identify project schedules, scopes and budget estimation to develop detailed work plans. 3. Lead projects from requirements definitions through deployment. 4. Be responsible for assigning team members to specific tasks. 5. Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. 6. Adapt scope, timelines and costs, when necessary, to ensure the project team adheres to project requirements. 7. Manage relationships within client. 8. Provide a day to day status to stakeholders based on reports and data driven decisions. 9. Perform risk management analysis and draft risk mitigation plans. Requirements 1. University degree in computer science, business management or equivalent experience. 2. 3+ years of project management experience. 3. 3+ years of hands-on experience in software related projects. 4. Strong written skills (English and Spanish). 5. Advanced level of spoken English. 6. Agile methodologies certifications or proven experience. 7. Knowledge of PMbok best practices. Nice to have 1.
