Responsibilities: - Central American & Caribbean Corporate and Institutional client relationships - Identify, pursue and close interest rate and fx risk management opportunities - Work with traders, structuring and other marketers and proactively market clients and prospects; - Partner with Banking and Debt Capital Markets to enhance the firm's presence and relationships with customers and prospects - Serve as the primary contact for clients in the region on complex derivatives and financing solutions - Strictly comply with all regulatory and JP Morgan Chase rules, policies and procedures Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior marketer of cross asset products - In-depth understanding of credit, corporate finance, derivatives and illiquid / structured financing - Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
