Learn more at https://www.jnj.com Job Function: Market Access Job Sub Function: Pricing Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: The Medical Devices segment produces a wide range of innovative products used primarily by healthcare professionals across various areas, including orthopedics, neurological diseases, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular diseases, and aesthetics. Job Description The Analyst will be responsible for coordinating efforts between the sales, delivery, strategic pricing, and finance teams for the creation, upload, administration, and processing of sales agreements, contracts, and procedure selling. Additionally, the Analyst will support advanced pricing analytics by managing different variables and information sources to create deliverables that drive business insights. Main Responsibilities: 1. Data Management: Provide ongoing support in Portfolio and Master Data processes. 2. Price Administration: Upload and manage pricing data in SAP/SFDC (list prices, segment discounts, base prices, Bills of Materials (BOMs), contracts, billing processes, etc.). Maintain and follow up on Salesforce and approvals. 3. Project Leadership: Lead initiatives related to simplifying pricing architecture and approval workflows. 4. Price Approvals: Manage price approval flows according to local pricing policies. 5. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the strategic side of the team to ensure compliance with the pricing strategy. 6. Compliance Assurance: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to pricing requests. 7. Audit and Compliance Management: Lead audit and compliance processes, as well as fulfill pricing support requirements. 8. Process Facilitation: Act as a business partner with functional areas to facilitate the billing process. 9. Training Leadership: Lead training sessions for Commercial, Delivery, and Marketing teams. Core Competencies and Skills: The ideal candidate must be proactive, mature, and self-reliant, capable of working under pressure and meeting specific deadlines. Strong analytical, numerical, and process-oriented skills are required. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams. 1. Business and process orientation with attention to detail. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency. 3. Excellent organization and prioritization abilities. 4. Knowledge of SAP and SFDC is preferred. 5.
