You’ll be responsible for preparing and adapting final files for both print and digital production, ensuring every piece meets the highest quality standards and is ready for delivery. If you’re precise, know your way around production processes, and enjoy collaborating with creative and client teams — this role is for you. Responsibilities: Create, adapt, and revise files in InDesign and other software for print and digital outputs. Handle image editing: silos, retouching, and basic color correction. Ensure all quality control standards are met before final delivery. Support post-production processes to ensure all assets are print- or scan-ready. Apply client and team edits throughout various proofing cycles. Collaborate closely with Client Service Specialists and the production team, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project timeline. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in graphic production or similar roles. Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong understanding of prepress, color, typography, and delivery formats. Ability to manage multiple file versions under tight deadlines. C1 English or higher (testing required).
