Business Transformation & Revenue Assurance Analyst Are you passionate about driving business growth and revenue assurance? We're seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation & Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of our business environment and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Engage with key stakeholders, including sales, finance, and risk teams, to understand their pain points and operational processes. - Drive the Quality and Revenue Assurance program to ensure that controls are in place to prevent revenue risks and compliance gaps. - Become a process SME in the centralized team and institute quality checks across the business operations lifecycle. - Develop appropriate documentation, such as SOPs and process flows, to support business operations. - Support workstream leads in successful implementation, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive disciplined program management and change management efforts. - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, tactical automation, or process changes. About You: - Experience in driving sales operations, business operations, or revenue assurance, preferably in B2B services organizations. - Experience in business consulting or dealing with unstructured situations and applying first principles thinking for problem-solving. - 3-5 years of experience, with a Finance background or Management degree (prior experience in internal controls/internal audit is preferable but not mandatory). - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. - Exposure to B2B sales processes, sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Contracting tools) is preferred but not essential. CORPORATE SECURITY RESPONSIBILITY: - Avoid information security violations or breaches. - Complete periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with guidelines.
