Key responsibilities include achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.You will also showcase expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model is hybrid, contributing to the Electrification business area in Bogotá, Colombia.Primary accountabilities include communicating customer details about delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions in line with ABB's offering and strategy.Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers. Identify and drive development of new market opportunities in the designated market.Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities when needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess highly developed sales skills, knowledge of electricity, including switchboards and distributors, and medium voltage products.Solid knowledge of the industrial and mining market in Medellin and surrounding areas is essential.Additionally, 7 years of experience in similar positions in the industrial and mining market is required.Passion for proactivity, leadership, communication at all levels, networking, creative opportunity creation, demand generation, and collaborative work (peer-to-peer and segment) is crucial.Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or related careers is necessary.Proficiency in English and Spanish at an intermediate level is required.
