**Job Description**: **Join Our Team as a Compliance Specialist!** AXA Partners is seeking a passionate and proactive Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is crucial to ensure that our operations comply with local and international regulations, as well as our internal policies, minimizing compliance, data privacy, and reputational risks. **What you’ll be doing**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Implement and oversee compliance programs and policies at the regional level. - Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulations. - Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. - Develop and deliver training on compliance topics for local employees and managers. - Act as the point of contact between local entities and the central compliance team. **What you’ll bring**: - You hold a bachelor's degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in the insurance or financial sector. - You have at least 3 years of experience in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing prevention. - You have recently completed training in AML/FT risk management or SAGRILAFT. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written. - Good knowledge of compliance requirements and procedures. **Who we are**: We’re AXA Partners, experts at designing and delivering assistance solutions and specialised insurance, credit, and lifestyle protection - with and for our partners worldwide.
