That mission starts with our people—and our team plays a critical role in making sure we bring in the right ones to help us grow, evolve, and succeed together. **How We Work**: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have ownership over hiring for our Commercial and Customer Experience teams (and other non-tech roles) for the US, LATAM and APAC region, managing high-volume roles while also shaping broader talent initiatives like employer branding and process optimization. We aim to work closely with hiring managers as trusted advisors, using data to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve outcomes. EEveryone on the team is empowered to identify bottlenecks, optimize tools and workflows (especially in our ATS, Ashby), and help evolve our hiring playbook as we grow. **Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply**: - Have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, especially for Commercial (GTM), Customer Experience, or other non-tech roles. - Fluent in both English and Spanish at a native level. - Thrive in high-volume recruiting environments and enjoy balancing execution with process improvement. - Are comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes while also collaborating on broader initiatives like employer branding. - Have strong stakeholder management skills and can confidently advise hiring teams and leaders. - Are hands-on, data-driven, and excited by the challenge of building scalable systems. - Enjoy working in fast-paced, remote-first environments where priorities shift and impact is visible. **You might not be the right fit if you**: - Need rigid structures or constant supervision to stay on track. - Don’t feel confident navigating ambiguity or influencing stakeholders across different departments. **On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself**: - Running full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level Commercial and Customer Experience roles. - Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring plans, and ensure structured interview processes. - Leading hiring calibration and debrief meetings, and advising on offer strategy. - Creating and iterating hiring best practices, interview guides, and training materials. - Collaborating with Marketing on employer branding content and initiatives. - Using Ashby (our ATS system) to track pipeline metrics and provide insights via dashboards and reporting.
