**Job Description**: **About the Job** We are looking for a talented Analytic Consulting Associate with strong skills in data analysis, data interpretation, and insights generation. You will own, execute, and conduct analytic projects aimed at increasing retailer’s sales in USA and Canada. You will work with data, SQL code and NIQ tools. You will collaborate with the Customer Success and Support teams to lead execution of projects that will shape pricing decisions of today’s leading retailers. **Responsibilities** - Project execution using SQL, Excel and NielsenIQ tools. - Provide error-free, on-time results internally and to external clients. - Create and execute project plans for assigned work. - Collecting, organizing, and tracking data inputs as well as leading internal meetings. - Ensure analysis results are of high quality from a statistical, logical and a business viewpoint. Using critical thinking to investigate and solve any unexpected issues. - Work consultatively and creatively with NielsenIQ teams to provide accurate answers to client follow ups, following SCQA framework. - Interpret findings and draw conclusions from model results. Explain to commercial teams how to read and interpret the data. **About you** We are looking for someone who likes to work with data, calculations, and codes, but can also communicate clearly and efficiently with people. Who can manage time and deadlines easily. Curious and interested in identifying the narratives behind numbers and logical connections between them. **Qualifications**: **Must Have** Hard Skills - Undergraduate Degree: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management or Marketing. - 1 - 2 years experience: Data Analytics, Business and/or Marketing. - SQL and Excel: intermediate - advanced. - English level: proficiency Soft Skills - Detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and great understanding of statistics. - Strong critical thinking skills, ability to identify and diagnose errors/issues independently. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities. - Enthusiasm for learning. **Preferable** - NielsenIQ data knowledge and previous experience with NielsenIQ analytics. - International work experience would be an asset.
