Join a Growing UX Research Team We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Research Operations Specialist to support our team. In this role, you will help scale and streamline our research practices, improve operational efficiency, and create the infrastructure that enables researchers to focus on what they do best: uncovering insights to inform product and design decisions. This is a pivotal role that blends project management, systems thinking, and people-centered support to improve the overall impact of research across the organization. You'll be joining a globally distributed product organization with teammates in Canada, the UK, and across Europe. About the Role - Oversee recruitment logistics, screen participants, manage incentives, and maintain relationships with research panel providers or tools. - Partner with researchers to support project planning, scheduling, and execution logistics. - Owning and maintaining research tools (e.g., recruitment platforms, knowledge management tools, transcription software). - Evaluating and implementing new tools as needed. - Developing and documenting scalable research processes, templates, and best practices. - Helping standardize and improve workflows for efficiency and consistency. - Ensuring that research practices follow legal, ethical, and data privacy standards (e.g., consent, GDPR, data handling). - Maintaining research repositories and taxonomies to make insights accessible and reusable. - Gathering feedback from researchers and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve research operations and team health.
