Title: IT- Trainee Location: GSC BOG Support the IT department in everything relevant to information systems, data management, ticket support, installation preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: · Provide technical assistance to intern users, helping them to solve problems and answer questions. · Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software. · Collaborate with the team on software and/or IT infrastructure development projects. · Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency and security of internal systems. · Maintain up-to-date documentation on configuration, procedures, and changes. Skills / Requirements: · Active student of a technology program related to Information Technology IT. (Technology in systems) · Approval of internship by SENA. · Knowledge in operating systems (preferably Windows), network, hardware and Software. · Experience with Office Software (Microsoft Office 365). · Technical problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. · Excellent communication and teamwork skills. · Customer Service.
