In this role, you will be responsible for hunting new clients, managing and upselling to existing clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the call center and BPO space is highly valued. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting new clients, managing and upselling to existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Experience in the call center and BPO space is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Spanish markets, with a focus on building a robust client portfolio. Client Management: Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by achieving and surpassing sales targets, utilizing your knowledge of SaaS products and solutions. Sales Process Management: Lead the sales process from prospecting through to closing, including live demonstrations of our analytics platform. Strategic Selling: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate the target market and achieve business objectives. Ǫualifications : Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes. Familiarity with CRM software, especially HubSpot. Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote environment. Desired Tools/Knowledge: Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales. Experience selling to call centers, Cisco Services or BPO environments is a significant advantage. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and conduct live demos of our analytics platform. Excellent ability to secure meetings with potential clients. About the Position: Part-Time: Flexible hours within LATAM time zone. Work Arrangement: 100% remote, Contractor mode.
