Job Description We’re on the hunt for a Business Intelligence Lead Analyst who can turn numbers into narratives and dashboards into decision-making powerhouses. This role is all about turning complex financial data into intuitive, interactive, and insightful tools that real people can actually use (and maybe even love). Building Power BI dashboards. Writing Python scripts to automate data wrangling, transformation, and secret sauce-ing. Integrating APIs and working with data pipelines like a modern-day plumber. Making sure everything is secure and scalable. Qualifications 6+ years of experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Proficiency in DAX , Power Query , and data modeling best practices. Strong knowledge of Python , especially for data analysis and automation (pandas, NumPy, etc.) Solid understanding of SQL and working with relational databases. Familiarity with financial data, KPIs, and business metrics (bonus if you've worked with financial services clients). Ability to connect to various data sources (APIs, flat files, databases, cloud storage). Experience with version control tools like Git. Strong communication skills — able to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environments. What about languages? You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
