We boldly go. Trane in Colombia is looking for an Account Manager HVAC. The professional will be responsible for identifying new business as well as developing long-term customer relationships while maximizing account penetration and customer retention with building owner accounts, dealer management, consultants. In addition, you will provide knowledge and consultation by developing HVAC system related solutions for our customer’s problems. **Responsibilities**: Provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations. Utilizes Account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts. Consistently ascertains customer needs and current market opportunities. Assembles and coordinates acquisition team as needed for customers and projects. Develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer’s organization, including facility manager, project managers, project engineers, and purchasing. Gathers or validates preliminary information and performs facility walk-through to determine level of opportunity. Estimates project by analyzing and integrating equipment, controls, for each project using Trane business systems. Develop and follow up new projects complying with the quota established in the department. Technically advise customers, becoming a trusted ally in all areas that require it. Provide seminars and courses to customers and consultants to updating them on Trane equipment. Capture new customers and build a long-term plan to develop their performance. Analyze the complete market behavior in terms on economic, politics and competitor’s movements. Pipeline management and follow up. **Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree on Engineering or related discipline. 8+ years of solution sales experience with a focus on commercial HVAC and Building Automation systems. CRM/ SaleForce experience is preferred. Advance knowledge of English is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Availability to travel to customer job sites is required.
