Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sophisticated data visualization strategies to transform complex data into meaningful insights. The role also provides clarity on the latest tools and technologies in the market and how they can be leveraged to support World Vision International's strategic decision-making and impact storytelling. Key Responsibilities : Advanced Data Visualization & Strategic Reporting Design and develop sophisticated visualization solutions, dashboards, and executive-level reports using advanced analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Create dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly visualizations that clearly articulate complex analytical insights. Regularly refine visualization frameworks and techniques to meet evolving strategic requirements. Ensure visualizations explicitly align with and support strategic goals such as improved program outcomes, enhanced accountability, and strengthened donor relations. Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building Partner closely with senior stakeholders, Impact Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and sectoral leaders to deeply understand visualization needs and deliver tailored solutions. Lead training sessions and workshops aimed at elevating the organization's capability in interpreting and utilizing data visualizations. Regularly solicit and incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders to continually enhance visualization effectiveness. Innovation, Research & Development for Latest Visualization Techniques Remain informed on cutting-edge visualization technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Identify and pilot new visualization tools and innovative solutions, including AI-driven and automation-enhanced visualizations. Contribute actively to organizational innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Impact Data Team. Data Integrity, Governance & Quality Assurance Ensure data visualizations uphold high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance in collaboration with the Data Governance and Data Quality Assurance teams. Implement rigorous quality checks and validations on visualization outputs to guarantee reliability and trustworthiness of the presented data.
