Professional with experience in procurement logistics and international operations, specialized in the port and maritime sector, with a comprehensive approach to managing imports, exports, and the supply of critical services and materials for port operations. Proficient in the planning and tracking of international shipments, including booking management with shipping lines, coordination with freight forwarders, land carriers, and logistics operators. Strong results-oriented mindset through monitoring of operational control points, time management, and compliance with international regulatory requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient operations aligned with customs and port regulations. Highly capable of interacting with strategic stakeholders, both internal (maintenance, operations, finance, HSSE) and external (suppliers, customs brokers, port authorities, shipping lines), ensuring effective communication and precise execution of logistics and procurement processes. What we’re looking for: Professional in logistics, international business, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in procurement logistics or international trade within the port or maritime environment. Proven experience working with port operators, free trade zones, maritime terminals, or shipping companies. Participation in logistics process improvement projects, focusing on lead time reduction and cost optimization. Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework related to customs.
