Job Description - Revenue Manager (HOT0BMTC) Job Number: HOT0BMTC Work Location: Hilton Bogota Corferias, Avenida El Dorado, Calle 26 Corferias 1629 Job Requirements As Revenue Manager, you are responsible for analyzing and presenting financial and demand-based data to support the Commercial Team and Senior Executives in making informed decisions about new business opportunities and market trends. This role reports directly to the Director of Revenue Management. The main purpose is to support the commercial team by monitoring group and transient business thresholds within a forecast timeframe to improve demand and availability, and to analyze the impact of short-term decisions on occupancy, average rate, and rooms profit. What will I be doing? Manage and lead the Reservations Team in daily operations. Ensure accurate data collection and analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Provide analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors. Collaborate on market segment outlooks and monitor actual results versus forecasts daily. Complete and analyze month-end reports. Assist in developing, monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies. Identify risks and opportunities related to room availability for meetings and guest rooms for presentation in weekly meetings. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about relevant processes, policies, and promotions. Manage reservation team performance in compliance with company policies. Recruit, train, and develop the Reservations Team. What are we looking for?
