Job Description Weare seeking a Change & Problem Senior Analyst who will managethe design, execution, and continuous improvement of the ChangeManagement, Release Management, and Problem Management processeswithin the IT organization. The role ensures minimal disruption toIT services while enabling rapid delivery of changes and releases.Your Responsibilities: 1. Change Management: - Organize and leadthe Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, facilitating discussionsregarding proposed changes. - Manage the Change Management Office(CMO) to ensure compliance with policies. - Develop and improveChange Management processes. - Oversee the lifecycle of allchanges, from request through implementation and closure, includingrisk assessment, impact analysis, and documentation. - Monitorchange success rates, identify trends, and implement correctiveactions to enhance the process. 2. Problem Management: - Developthe Problem Management process, focusing on identifying the rootcauses of IT incidents. - Coordinate problem investigations withtechnical teams to identify and document causes. - Track problemresolutions, ensuring closure and recurrence prevention. - Identifypotential problems and implement preventative measures. - Monitorproblem resolution success and insights to improve the process.
