As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for driving faster, more confident & informed decision making through analytics leading to improved investment decisions and business performance in the region/area This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following - Effectively manage a high caliber regional analytics team. - Provide strategic market Insight, deliver Marketing Mix Modelling, Price and Promotion Analytics, digital Analytics, in-market tests, etc leveraging methodology developed by agencies and advanced analytics team. - Participate in Area-level leadership team & address key strategic questions and support regional director with regional questions and analysis. - Actively promote the importance of analytics and a performance management culture with data-driven decision making within the market. - Lead analytics training for the market. - Collect key performance insights & syndicated data from the priority markets monthly to include in regional and global performance management process. - Own relationship & budget for local syndicated data & analytics services vendors pulling through global guidelines & contracts. - Partner with Information Technology & local business reporting teams to leverage business intelligence systems & champion self-service utilization within the market. - Embed analytics in the core commercial cycle to improve forecast & category growth accuracy in partnership with Area General Manager & Finance Director. - Why you?_ Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree - Experience leading and managing technical teams - Specific experience leading analytics in a Consumer Goods setting Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Master’s degree - Demonstrated project management skills leading cross-functional, multi-market teams - Ability to drive complex enterprise wide change initiatives with executive level stakeholders At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
