What You'll Bring: MBA degree with global strategy experience or experience with strategy consulting preferred. At least 8 years of general business experience, including strategy development and business planning, with strong facilitation skills. Financial and/or credit industry subject matter expertise or proficiency. Knowledge of the credit reporting industry or international business planning experience. High intellectual curiosity with a track record of driving ideas to implementation. Experience collaborating cross-functionally within an organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment. Good project management skills and high attention to detail; comfortable working under deadlines. Sound business judgment, problem-solving, and influencing skills. Proficient financial, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts to assess implications and capitalize on opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience providing insightful information to executive teams. Impact You'll Make: The Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning, will support regional business planning, ongoing planning activities, strategy development, and identify new go-to-market strategies to grow LATAM business organically. This role reports to the Area Leader, VP of Strategy and Planning, and will manage the strategy team. The person will work closely with the LATAM executive leadership team to develop long-term goals and short-term objectives, support regional business plans and initiatives, monitor competition, and report on progress and issues affecting productivity, profitability, and growth. Strategy and Planning: Design, facilitate, and manage the strategic planning process aligned with regional objectives. Conduct pre- and post-meeting work for planning sessions. Assess best practices, new business models, and techniques to improve planning. Incorporate creativity into strategy formulation and execution. Perform strategic analysis, gather competitive intelligence, monitor strategy, and predict responses from competitors. Partner with Finance to integrate business and financial planning, linking portfolio management, budgeting, and planning, and aligning these with P&L and budgets. Synchronize management reporting between functions. Research and Analysis: Lead primary and secondary research to inform market entry and expansion opportunities. Translate insights into presentations for senior stakeholders. Organic Initiatives: Build relationships with product and industry experts to gather insights and develop go-to-market plans. Support business case development for new opportunities, facilitate knowledge transfer, and track progress of regional plans. This is a hybrid position, involving remote work and in-person work at an assigned TU office location for at least two days a week.
