A bout the Company: This is a part-time hourly role for a fast-growing, community-based events brand. The Community hosts transformational gatherings in Austin for entrepreneurs, creators, and conscious leaders. Their events are all about meaningful connection, great energy, and smooth execution — creating spaces where inspiring people come together to grow, connect, and thrive. Location:
Open to candidates based in Latin/South America – Part-time, Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Coordinate with venues, vendors, and sponsors pre- and post-event Handle outreach and follow-ups with partner brands Maintain event timelines, checklists, and production schedules Support digital communications (Slack, email, IG DMs) Manage RSVPs, ticketing platforms, and attendee follow-ups Provide virtual support during live events Keep operational details organized and on track Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Experience with event planning, operations, or logistics (remote or in-person) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Meticulously organized and reliable under pressure Confident calling/texting vendors and partners (U.S. number + iMessage a big plus) Based in a U.S.-friendly time zone — Latin/South America is a bonus Familiar with Slack, email platforms, and Instagram DMs Bonus: You thrive in conscious communities or creative event spaces Your Perks: What's in it for you Remote, flexible part-time role (~5–10 hrs/week, more during events) Get hands-on in building a mission-driven community Opportunity to grow into a bigger role as the brand expands Work with a team bringing purpose, connection, and creativity to life Be part of something deeper than just logistics — this is movement work Why Adaptive Teams?
