Commercial External Supervisor We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate the activities of external sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising commercial activities, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of external sales representatives. - Develop effective sales strategies to achieve established goals. - Evaluate and analyze the performance of sales representatives and provide constructive feedback. - Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize sales processes. - Monitor compliance with established company procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, technical or technological degree. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial supervision in the telecommunications sector. - At least 6 months of experience in supervision and personnel management. - Capacity to coordinate, direct, and motivate a team of external sales representatives. - Solid leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of sales representatives. - Ability to work in a team, collaborate with other departments, and promote a positive work environment. - Ability to resolve problems efficiently and make effective decisions.
