We're super excited to be expanding our Experience Design team with a UX Designer to join our growing team in the Colombia.About the Job - In all cases you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers/owners, engineers and strategists to collaboratively design the digital future for our clients and their customers.About You - You're an experienced UX/Product Designer with an in depth understanding of the end to end product design process and the principles of product thinking with the ability to take insights and user needs and create wireframes and user flows that make this into a tangible product experience. You've got strong exposure to design tools such as Figma, Protopie (or similar) and Zeplin (or Similar). - Experience of design thinking and following user centred design methods with UI design skills and have the ability to execute the UX utilising a design system.
