Job Description Purpose: This position is responsible forcreating an excellent customer experience from post-sales throughintegration of our products and services. The customer for thisrole is both internal (Solution Engineering & Implementationteams) and external in the form of partners and issuers. Theposition will focus on managing migration and ancillary projectsfor our customers, such as: SFTP integrations, content changes, BINdecommissioning, BIN adds, brand adds, configuration changes, andmore. Secondarily, this position will help support our effort tobuild/maintain documentation, standard operating procedures,workflow/process improvement, training, and scale growth. This rolefocuses on ensuring internal and external customers can leverageour solutions quickly and effectively. Essential Functions: - LeadVisa’s Customers through our onboarding and implementation process - Follow standardized Customer implementation procedures -Successfully manage projects to completion in a timely manner -Ensure all implementations are completed accurately and efficiently - Coordinate kick-off calls with customers to ensure a successfulstart to the project - Coordinate resolution of issues by workingwith the required stakeholders - Successfully manage multiplecustomer engagements concurrently - Work with downstream paymentservice providers, card networks & other 3rd parties during theimplementation - Keep management informed of critical issues,strategic opportunities, and issue status - Prepare and present anyrequired reports to requestor and management as required - Identifyopportunities for technology and our internal procedures toenhance, improve and speed the implementation process AdditionalResponsibilities: - Stay informed and attend (or watch recording)all training sessions to ensure you understand all the newestfeatures and functionalities of VCAS to apply them with ourcustomers - Adopt a solution-oriented mindset and continue to thinkhow we can improve our customer experience - Embrace teamwork whilepromoting a positive culture of openness and flexibility - KeepSalesforce current Competencies: - Accurately identify thecustomer’s needs and ensures the correct expectations are set -Consistently meets commitments to internal and externalstakeholders - Adapts own tasks, priorities, and behaviors inresponse to meeting stakeholder commitments - Participates inprocess improvement sessions to assess gaps, roadblocks, andbottlenecks - Is aware of project management concepts andunderstands basic methods and tools - Documents and updates processin line with defined process and methodology - Works towards agreedproject timelines, milestones, and scope - Demonstratesunderstanding of successfully implementing migration projects,ancillary projects and VCAS solutions - Demonstrates understandingof tools used to successfully implement projects - Understandcustomer needs and can articulate the customer’s view - Understand3D Secure, the benefits, how it works, and all stakeholderresponsibilities. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days inoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,Technology, or other related discipline In lieu of degree, a highschool diploma/equivalent with four or more years relatedexperience and/or training or equivalent combination of educationand experience will be considered 1+ year experience in project orimplementation management Strong written and verbal communicationskills Have a solution-oriented attitude Good relationshipmanagement skills Preferred Qualifications: Process flow anddocumentation experience in a software or technology relatedenvironment Bilingual in English/Spanish or Portuguese AdditionalInformation Visa is an EEO Employer.
