We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. Responsibilities: - Design audience segmentation strategies aligned with customer journeys and campaign objectives. - Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and paid media teams to define audience needs for personalization and targeting. - Translate marketing briefs into segmentation logic using behavioral, transactional, and CRM data. - Define audience use cases across channels including email, paid media, on-site personalization, and app messaging. - Support experimentation strategies through strategic audience design (e.g., test vs. control groups). - Provide audience strategy documentation including target logic, expected reach, and overlap/suppression analysis. - Work with analytics and measurement teams to assess campaign performance by segment and lifecycle stage. - Align with data and MarTech teams on available data inputs and platform capabilities to enable strategic delivery. - Maintain awareness of industry trends in personalization, audience design, and privacy regulations. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in audience strategy, CRM targeting, or digital campaign planning. - Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycle marketing strategies. - Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CDPs. - Experience partnering with marketing, CRM, or paid media teams to design personalized audience strategies. - Basic proficiency in SQL or similar tools to support analysis and audience logic validation. - Experience interpreting marketing goals and translating them into audience design and segmentation logic. - Familiarity with A/B testing, holdout methodology, and other campaign measurement frameworks. - Background in B2C sectors such as retail, eCommerce, or subscription services preferred.
