Job description: Coordinate and execute all aspects of concurrent technical projects, from initiation to successful completion. This includes generating project documentation, creating and tracking tasks and workflows, managing priorities and requests, assessing and mitigating risks, providing project support and direction, and maintaining schedules. The Project Manager will also be responsible for establishing clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. The main goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. An experienced Project Manager eager to make a real impact in a fast-moving organization is a plus. Responsibilities and assignments Define project stakeholders, timelines, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate between internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines effectively. Assess, define, and mitigate project risks; anticipate and resolve conflicts with stakeholders. Coordinate among teams to delegate and prioritize tasks; conduct status updates and check-ins. Provide regular project status updates and progress tracking. Manage client relationships and uphold high standards for contributors, ensuring deadlines are met. Partner with internal teams including App Managers, Technical Leaders, Development teams, and Release Managers. Support onboarding, mentoring, planning, budgeting, and ensure messaging and quality standards. Ensure projects stay on-budget and on-schedule, meeting or exceeding expectations. Create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations. Requirements and qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent with practical experience. At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT and/or software development project management. Experience managing Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile projects. Experience with Atlassian's JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and other project management tools like Planview; experience at Citi and familiarity with PTS is highly desirable. Enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of bringing clarity to disorganized environments. Experience managing EOVS, Tech Mandates, and safety and soundness projects is highly desirable. Enjoy mentoring, learning, and collaborating in cross-functional teams. Demonstrate leadership, accountability, ownership, and critical thinking. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent multitasking abilities, able to work independently and in teams. PMI-PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus.
