We’re looking for a Compensation Data Analyst to join our Global Compensation team and help shape programs for over 10,000 employees across 13 markets . In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise and passion for accuracy to manage compensation data, automate reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making across our global HR ecosystem. What You’ll Do – Core Functions Analyze and maintain large, complex compensation datasets using ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load). Deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and insights to support compensation programs—including benchmarking , pay structure reviews , and cycle planning . Build and maintain automation tools and data workflows using VBA , Power Query , and Python (Pandas/OpenPyXL). Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) to visualize key compensation metrics. Participate in compensation surveys and job evaluation processes to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Business Partners across all 13 markets. Contribute to the design of internal communication, training, and documentation for HR and compensation tools. Required Technical Skills Advanced Excel : Power Query, modeling, forecasting, and dynamic reporting VBA : Experience building and maintaining automated reporting tools and macros Python : Pandas, OpenPyXL, or similar libraries for data transformation and Excel integration Solid understanding of ETL workflows and structured data pipelines Bilingual : English and Spanish (minimum B2 level fluency) Bonus points if you have: Knowledge of U.S. Latin America and the Caribbean compensation practices (401k, stock/equity, etc.) Experience with Mercer IPE or other job evaluation methodologies Familiarity with global compensation surveys and participation standards Detail-oriented, analytical, and driven by data quality and process efficiency A builder and optimizer—you streamline the manual and scale what works Comfortable translating data into insights that drive real-world decisions A collaborative partner who communicates clearly and proactively Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities Problem-solving and logical thinking Fast learner of systems and technologies Strong documentation and communication skills Self-motivated, curious, and resilient Benefits & Perks – We Take Care of Our People Competitive Compensation Medical Plan & Life Insurance PriceSmart Membership Card Fun Company Events & Recognition Programs Growth, Learning & Career Development Opportunities …and more!
